Six-month minimum, then month to month.

You get me. Not an agency.

I'm Scott Douglas. Since 2018 I've helped owner-run service businesses grow. Fitness studios, dog trainers, wellness businesses. The kind of owner who is great at the work and would rather not think about marketing.

I work with a few clients at a time, closely. No roster, no account managers, no handoff to a junior. When you hire me, you get me.

I will also tell you the truth. Sometimes marketing is not the problem. If that is the case with your business, I will say so before you spend a dollar.

I work with clients across Ontario and beyond. One partnership has run fully remote from Boston for five years, so where you are is not a constraint.

Good things to ask.

Do I need a new website to work with you?

No. Plenty of growth work runs fine on the site you already have. A website is one way in, not a requirement.

Are you an agency?

No. You work with me directly. No account managers, no junior handoff.

Do you handle social media?

I build the strategy and the content plan. Most clients create their own posts, since you know your voice and your customers best. If you'd rather hand it off, I can bring in someone to create. What I always own is the strategy and the systems that turn attention into booked work.

Where are you based, and do you work remotely?

Ontario. I work with clients across Ontario and beyond. One partnership has run fully remote from Boston for five years.

What does it cost?

Base is $347 USD a month, or $497 CAD plus HST, with the website built free and a six-month minimum. Growth is $1,247 USD a month, or $1,700 CAD plus HST, and only makes sense once Base is running. One extra job a month usually covers Base. Book a call and I'll give you real numbers, not a runaround.
